This page only lists Soviet additions or replacements. For any changes to existing structures, you'll just have to play the mod.
NB. If a structure or upgrade has a "Missing" cameo, it has not yet been fully created in the mod, therefore all details given are provisional.

Expansion Tower

It has always been very costly for commanders to create minor outpost bases. Therefore, the Soviets have developed the Expansion Tower. This structure is built by deploying an Expansion Tower vehicle, and provides a small building radius around itself for construction, without containing any construction facilities itself.
Prerequisites: Deploy from Expansion Tower Vehicle.
Cost: N/A.
Base Asset: --No Art Yet--

Molniya Reactor

The Russians have greatly improved upon Nikola Tesla's initial forays into electrical technology. The Molniya Reactor is capable of producing as much power as an Allied Power Plant for less of the cost.
Prerequisites: Construction Yard.
Power Produced: 200 Units.
Cost: $700.
Required Country: Russia.
Replaces: Tesla Reactor.
Base Asset: --No Art Yet--.

Molniya Coil

This is a Russian improvement upon the standard Tesla Coil. It no longer requires a Tesla Trooper to charge it up to achieve full firepower. The bolt can also jump to further away targets after striking.
Prerequisites: Radar Tower.
Cost: $1400.
Requires Country: Russia.
Replaces: Tesla Coil.
Base Asset: --No Art Yet--

Nuclear Power Plant

Iraq specialises in making use of radiation, so they use smaller versions of the Nuclear Reactor as their base power plant. This produces slightly more power than an Allied Power Plant, however does also cost more.
Prerequisites: Construction Yard.
Power Produced: 250 units.
Cost: $900.
Required Country: Iraq.
Replaces: Tesla Reactor.
Base Asset: --No Art Yet--

Rad Turret

This is Iraq's special defense structure. It fires a focused beam of radiation at the designated target, liquifying infantry in seconds and decaying the framework of vehicle units.
Prerequisites: Radar Tower.
Armament: Radiation Cannon.
Cost: $1100.
Required Country: Iraq.
Base Asset: --No Art Yet--

Air Pad

This is North Korea's special structure. It enables the construction of Stealth Bomber aircraft, provides radar to the player, and also provides the Paradrop super weapon.
Prerequisites: Ore Refinery.
Super Weapon: North Korean Paradrop.
Cost: $1000.
Required Country: North Korea.
Replaces: Radar Tower.
Base Asset: --No Art Yet--

Demo Trap

This is Cuba's special structure. This little barrel sits quietly in the background once constructed, stealthed to all but the player. However, when enemy units enter the 3x3 radius surrounding the trap, it detonates.
Prerequisites: Radar Tower.
Cost: $900.
Required Country: Cuba.
Base Asset: --No Art Yet--

Airstrike Uplink

This structure provides China's major super weapon - the MiG Airstrike. This calls in two MiG bombers to drop a napalm payload on the target area.
Prerequisites: Tech Centre.
Super Weapon: MiG Airstrike.
Cost: $5000.
Required Country: China.
Replaces: Nuclear Silo.
Base Asset: --No Art Yet--

Industrial Centre

The Ukrainians have improved upon standard Soviet industry processes, and have developed the Industrial Centre. This provides a better cost reduction to vehicles, as well as even providing a small cost reduction to buildings.
Prerequisites: Tech Centre.
Cost: $2700.
Required Country: Ukraine.
Replaces: Industrial Plant.
Base Asset: --No Art Yet--

Cloning Vats

In an effort to offset the massive losses sustained by radiation poisoning following the Rivne Power Plant disaster, the Ukrainians have managed to (in spite of all known plans being destroyed by Yuri) reconstruct a form of the old Cloning Vat technology. Since Ukraine's infantry by default cost a tiny bit more than other Soviet countries, this will help balance it out.
Prerequisites: Tech Centre.
Cost: $1200.
Required Country: Ukraine.
Base Asset: --No Art Yet--

Capacitors

Two of these upgrades can be applied to the Tesla Reactor to increase the amount of power it outputs. One can also be applied to a Molniya Reactor if the player is Russia.
Prerequisites: Tesla Reactor / Molniya Reactor, Tech Centre.
Power Produced: 50 Units.
Cost: $300.
Applied to: Tesla Reactor / Molniya Reactor.

Repair Wave

This upgrade to the Service Depot will allow you to make use of the Repair Wave power, which repairs units within a 3x3 radius.
Prerequisites: Service Depot, Tech Centre.
Super Weapon: Repair Wave.
Cost: $1000.
Build Limit: 1.
Applied to: Service Depot.

Advanced Discharge Cell

This upgrade to the Molniya Coil will further increase its damage output as well as the amount of bolt bouncing that occurs upon impact.
Prerequisites: Molniya Coil, Tech Centre.
Cost: $850.
Armament: Upgraded Molniya Cannon.
Applied to: Molniya Coil.
Required Country: Russia.

Refined Uranium

This upgrade will increase the damaging power of the Rad Turret.
Prerequisites: Rad Turret, Tech Centre.
Cost: $800.
Armament: Refined Radiation Cannon.
Applied to: Rad Turret.
Required Country: Iraq.

Air Repair Unit

This upgrade to the Air Pad will enable any docked units to repair at twice their normal speed.
Prerequisites: Air Pad, Tech Centre.
Cost: $900.
Applied to: Air Pad.
Required Country: North Korea.

Cyborg Lab

This upgrade to the Tech Centre will enable Ukrainian players to construct cybernetically enhanced versions of certain infantry units. The improved variants have an increase in relative strength, a resistance to radiation, and increased speed. Affected units are: Conscript, Crazy Ivan, Flak Trooper, Boris.
Prerequisites: Tech Centre.
Cost: $2200.
Applied to: Tech Centre.
Required Country: Ukraine.
