Global Additions:

Bio Plant
Prerequisite: Battle Lab
Cost: $2500
Primary Usage: Cost Reduction /  Upgrade Prerequisite
The Bio Plant harvests energy from different organisms to more efficiently create infantry for Yuri's psychic war machine. The Bio Plant will reduce the costs of all infantry by a quarter of their price. It also acts as the production centre of Yuri's upgrades, and as such is a prerequisite for all of them.

Armory
Prerequisite: Battle Lab
Cost: $2500 - no cash refund
Primary Usage: Infantry Promotion
Can only be built once per battle. Disappears from sidebar when built.
The Armory is a new creation of Yuri's. When his forces enter it, better training and information is psychically transferred to their minds, promoting them to Elite status. The armory can only be used 15 times, then it can be used as an exit for Barracks units, if it as set as the primary building. This structure can only be built once per game: when built its icon will disappear from the sidebar so you will be unable to build it again. TS fans will notice that this is the GDI Barracks with a slight recolour.

Sniper Turret
Prerequisite: Battle Lab
Cost: $1500
Primary Usage: Advanced Anti-Personnel Defense
Armament: 51-Caliber Sniper Cannon
This is a new addition to Yuri's forces. After certain anomalies and under-use occurring with the Anti-Air Magna Turret, Yuri decided to scrap the AA Magna program and turn his attention back to his ailing ground defenses. The Sniper Turret fires a standard Sniper Rifle at incoming enemy infantry. It can be upgraded with a Chaos Rifle, Virus Rifle, or an Anti Tank Rifle.

Psychic Agent
Prerequisites: Barracks, Battle Lab
Cost: $1000
Primary Usage: Infiltration
Armament: Disguise Kit
Like the Soviets, Yuri too has begun to train spy units for infiltration into enemy bases, in order to even the playing field a bit.

The Legions:                                                                           ^Top

Antarctic Legion
The Antarctic Legion is the overall command legion of Yuri's forces. They are stationed permanently at Antarctica, and strive to use their naval power to ward off attempted invasions of the icy continent. As such, their speciality is in their naval forces. This Legion replaces the original 'Yuri' country in this mod.

Legion alterations to existing units:

  • Can build Naval Yard
  • No Grinder
  • MCV prerequisite is Service Depot for this Legion

 

Pacific Legion
The Pacific Legion, previously known as the Crescent Army, are based at Yuri's artificial Crescent Island in the Pacific Ocean. Since Yuri's breakout, they have taken over several archipelagos in the Pacific Ocean. The sometimes great distances between islands have prompted the Pacific Legion to specialise in aerial units. They also aided in the development of the Tower of Atl, Yuri's ultimate naval defense system, to make up for the lack of naval units.

Legion alterations to existing units:

  • No Naval Yard or any naval units
  • No Slave Miner
  • No Psychic Radar

 

Indian Legion
Yuri's best infantry squads, besides those assigned to guard the South Pole, were assigned to the Indian Legion. This Legion consists of Yuri's best infantry strike forces. The Indian Legion infantry are trained to operate in all conditions, considering that their theater of operations includes the climatic extremes of the African Savannah and Congo, as well as the mountainous terrain of the Himalayas. It was Savant units from the Indian Legion that performed the initial capture of Novgorod, before being reinforced by Atlantic Legion units.

Legion alterations to existing units:

  • No Masterminds
  • No Chaos Drones
  • Slave Miner has half the armour of the standard Antarctic Legion one
  • Slave Miner deploys twice as many slaves than the standard.

 

Atlantic Legion
The Atlantic Legion are Yuri's pioneers in vehicles. Their designated theater of war is generally regarded as the toughest, as it consists of the heartlands of the Allies and Soviets. The forces of the Atlantic Legion believe in the classic 'war of attrition' strategy - wearing their enemies down and down with endless amounts of units. Intelligence has cropped up informing us of Atlantic Legion research into some form of 'Magna Grappler', a tower capable of moving friendly units around the battlefield using Magnetron beams. However, according to intelligence they have been having targeting issues with this and the project has stalled. They have also managed to capture design blueprints of the Soviet Apocalypse tank, and have used these blueprints to design one of the most feared Yuri units worldwide.

Legion alterations to existing units:

  • No Yuri Clones
  • No Lasher Light Tanks
  • Hover Transports can be constructed from the War Factory
  • No Naval Yard or naval units (other than the Hover Transport)
  • Slave Miner has twice as much armour as the standard.
  • Slave Miner deploys two less slaves than the standard.

 

Antarctic Legion Specific:                                                       ^Top

Service Depot
Prerequisite: War Factory
Cost: $800
Primary Usage: Vehicle Repair
Legion: Antarctic
Replaces: Grinder
The Antarctic Legion has decided to use a Service Depot instead of a Grinder in order to conserve units to defend Antarctica if the need arose. The Service Depot functions exactly the same as its Allied and Soviet counterparts, comes with an Emergency Repair Superweapon and can later, when a Bio Plant and Battle Lab exist, be upgraded with the Infantry Repair Upgrade. This replaces the Grinder for the Antarctic Legion. The other Legions still use the Grinder.

Mextli Gunner
Prerequisites: Barracks, Psychic Radar (replaces Elite Corps)
Cost: $600
Primary Usage: Anti-Personnel / Anti-Aircraft
Legion: Antarctic
Armament: Minigun
Named after the Aztec god of storms and war, the Mextli Gunner is capable of mowing down infantry squads with ease using its large minigun. This minigun can also attack enemy aircraft.

Psychic Corvette
Prerequisites: Naval Yard, Battle Lab
Cost: $2200
Primary Usage: Mind Control
Legion: Antarctic
Armament: Infinitely Auto-Acquiring Mind Controller
This ship is basically a Mastermind on the seas. It is capable of mind controlling 3 units simultaneously without problems. When it mind controls more than 3 it begins to damage itself. There is no way to stop it from mind controlling more than 3 as it mind controls anything that falls within its range.

Gattling Frigate
Prerequisite: Naval Yard
Cost: $600
Primary Usage: Naval Anti-Air
Legion: Antarctic
Armament: Gattling Cannon
This unit is basically a Gattling Tank in the water. It is capable of increasing its weapon speed just like its land-borne counterpart.

Sonic Carrier
Prerequisites: Naval Yard, Battle Lab
Cost: $2100
Primary Usage: Naval anti-ground assault
Legion: Antarctic
Armament: Sonic Drone Launcher
This unit launches a small drone capable of emitting a sonic pulse which can damage anything in its path. The drone is lightly armoured, but another one is regenerated at the Carrier when it is destroyed.

Legions: Pacific
This unarmed VTOL craft is capable of carrying 6 infantry, 2 tanks, or 1 large vehicle. It can fly over any type of terrain.

Ore Refinery
Prerequisite: Bio Reactor
Cost: $2000
Primary Usage: Ore Processing
Legion: Pacific
The temporal displacement has brought back Yuri and his army. In light of his previous defeat, Yuri decided to reorganise his forces into four separate Legions. Each of the Legions has their own personal battle style. This is one piece of tech that differentiates the Pacific Legion from the others, the Ore Refinery. It comes with a Miner and acts like the Allied and Soviet ore refineries. This replaces the Slave Miner for the Pacific Legion

Yuri Miner
Prerequisites: Ore Refinery, War Factory
Cost: $1400
Primary Usage: Ore Harvesting
Legion: Pacific
Armament: Light Defense Laser
And of course with every Ore Refinery comes a matching Miner. This is the Pacific Legion's miner. It functions in the same way as the War Miner (i.e. no Chronoing) but fires a small laser to defend itself. This replaces the Slave Miner for the Pacific Legion.

Air Pad
Prerequisite: Ore Refinery
Cost: $1200
Primary Usage: Aircraft Production, Radar, Psychic Detection
Legion: Pacific
The Pacific Legion's speciality is in their Air Force, composed of VTOL Transport Craft and Psi-Wave Jets. This structure is their Air Pad, which constructs Psi-Wave Jets. It replaces the Psychic Radar. It provides Radar, acts as a Psychic Sensor and can hold up to 4 aircraft.

Psi-Wave Jet
Prerequisite: Air Pad
Cost: $1200
Primary Usage: Base Assault
Legion: Pacific
Armament: Yuri Psi-Wave Missile Type 1
This is the aircraft utilised by the Pacific Legion. The Psi Wave Jet fires a small missile that explodes into an electromagnetic pulse, disabling any vehicular targets, or radar screens. This wave then collapses back in on itself and is forced back out in a psychic wave, this wave causes damage to everything at ground zero of the detonation.

Pacific Guard
Prerequisites: Barracks, Battle Lab
Cost: $600
Primary Usage: Advanced Infantry
Legion: Pacific
Armament: Improved Psychic Jab, Psi-Wave Grenades
The Pacific Legion have a specialised Initiate unit as well to aid in ground assault known as the Pacific Guard. It fires a slightly stronger psychic weapon (though not as strong as the Elite Corps') at infantry and vehicles, and fires special Psi-Wave grenades at buildings which can cause heavy damage in groups.

Tower of Atl
Prerequisites: War Factory, Battle Lab
Cost: $1700
Primary Usage: Advanced Naval Defense
Legions: Pacific, Indian and Atlantic
Armament: Sensor Drone Launcher, Anti-Naval Arc Laser
This massive tower was designed by Yuri, with assistance from the Pacific Legion. Before engaging in battle, it launches a small drone from its top, which then hovers above the tower. This drone scans for and detects enemy submarines which are nearby. The tower's arc laser then eliminates them, as it also does with enemy ships. The drone system will be removed whenever Yuri perfects the issues with his building-mounted sensor systems. The Indian and Atlantic Legions also use this defense system, as they also lack naval units.

Indian Legion Specific:                                                           ^Top

Psychic Elite
Prerequisites: Barracks, Battle Lab
Cost: $1400
Primary Usage: Multiple Mind Control
Legion: Indian
Armament: Infinitely Auto-Acquiring Mind Controller
This infantry is basically a walking Mastermind. It replaces the Mastermind for the Indian Legion. Unlike a normal Clone however, this one is not able to deploy a Psi-Wave.

Chaos Guardian
Prerequisites: Barracks, Psychic Radar
Cost: $650
Primary Usage: Berserking enemy forces
Legion: Indian
Armament: Psychic Jab Rifle, Chaos-infused missiles
This infantry is armed with a rifle that fires an Initiate-type weapon, but this infantry can also deploy to fire Chaos missiles, which spread Chaos gas around the area, but do no physical damage.

Worm APC
Prerequisite: War Factory, Psychic Radar
Cost: $1000
Primary Usage: Infantry Transport
Legions: Indian
This unarmed vehicle is capable of carrying 5 infantry. It is capable of digging into the ground and travelling long distances underground. It is not capable of burrowing through pavement or roads.

Atlantic Legion Specific:                                                          ^Top

Crusher Heavy Tank
Prerequisite: War Factory
Cost: $1100
Primary Usage: Main Battle Tank
Legion: Atlantic
Armament: 120mm Cannon
The Atlantic Legion use a more powerful Main Battle Tank. The Crusher functions a lot more like the Rhino Tank, it is more armoured and has a more powerful weapon, but is slower.

Puppet Master
Prerequisites: War Factory, Psychic Radar
Cost: $1000
Primary Usage: Single Mind Control
Legion: Atlantic
Armament: Mind Control
A Yuri Clone on wheels. This replaces the Yuri Clone for the Atlantic Legion. It looks like a Mastermind, but is cheaper and has less of the functionality. It is only capable of controlling one unit at a time, and will not overload.

Taurus Artillery
Prerequisites: War Factory, Battle Lab
Cost: $3000
Primary Usage: Long Range Assault
Legion: Atlantic
Armament: Rapid Anti-Personnel Machine Gun, Twin Artillery Cannons.
The Taurus Artillery is the most powerful unit of the Atlantic Legion, and practically the most feared Yuri unit. It is capable of using its rapid-fire machine gun to pick off enemy infantry with ease, and its long range dual artillery cannons to easily destroy enemy units and structures. Only one of these can be built at a time.
