The Allied Forces

The Allies have been enjoying a period of peace and prosperity since the defeat of Yuri. After a questionable, but stable military alliance with the Soviet Union, the world had once again returned to peace. The Third War was about to officially end, with ceasefire talks beginning with the de-facto leader of Yuri's remaining forces, Commander Kefilwe. Then, it happened. The temporal distortions caused worldwide damage to a lot of temporal equipment, as well as basically swapping around pieces of reality. Among the damaged equipment was Yuri's prison, which used special chrono equipment to generate a psychic blocking field. Yuri managed to escape, and gather his forces. First, however, he paid a visit to South Africa, and removed Kefilwe, permanently.

The Allies were about to mobilise their forces to attack Yuri, whenever he suddenly seized sections of the Pacific and Atlantic Oceans, cutting off air support from South Korea and Australia. Then, before it could get any worse, a temporal distortion began to form in a remote area of North Carolina. This distortion ripped open the fabric of space-time with a blinding electromagnetic pulse, disabling all Allied forces stationed in the area. Now, an unknown army is pouring out of this hole in space-time, and are obviously hostile, attacking all Allied forces they can find.

The Allies must now remobilise to combat this threat, and relegate Yuri to the sidelines. However, the merging of the timelines wasn't entirely negative. It caused several new technologies to suddenly appear in their arsenal. The Allies could now match Soviet Nuclear Reactors, without the danger of a radioactive detonation, their Scout Tanks were capable of quick and early recon missions that a Grizzly would be too slow to handle. Their Service Depots became capable of generating metaphasic waves of energy, which can repair damaged vehicles. Their Intruder aircraft replaced the old Harriers, granting a small speed boost.

The Allies have the technology to attempt to contain the new threat, but would they be able to remove them from their timeline. And what about Yuri? The Third War has now taken a completely new turn.
